2018-2019 NBA Playoffs Round 2 Predictions

8-0 in round 1, but those are the easy ones. I know I am a little late on round 1, but better late than never.

East:
4. Celtics over 1. Bucks in 6 games
-I keep thinking and thinking about it and don’t have a ton of great feeling for it. But I believe in Stevens more than Bud for postseason adjustments. And Horford is so good on Giannis. Combined with missing Brogdon, and the Celtics being so much more talented than what they’d shown so far, and I’m going to take the leap of faith and pick the Celtics for this one.

2. Raps over 3. Sixers in 5 games
-There’s no answer for Siakam and Kawhi Leonard for the Sixers, and the depth is just not enough. Full Raptors might is about to come out, and it’s a bad time for Embiid to be hurt and out of shape.

West:
1. Warriors over 4. Rockets in 6 games
-Ankle injuries make me worried, but the talent gap is just so large. Harden will try and the Rockets remain one of the best bets to take down the Warriors. But, the pure talent is just so outrageous. Rockets give them a 6-game run.

3. Blazers over 2. Nuggets in 6 games
-The talent is really close, and probably in the Nugget’s favor with the Nurk injury. However, the Blazers are well rested and Dame is so hot right now. Blazers roll this in 6.
